Want to improve your 5K run time. Join us regularly for this ladder workout and watch your results improve.

Join us for a sub 1.5 W/KG paced ride for 60 minutes, on a flat course. The pace won't exceed 1.5 W/KG average, and may be a little slower depending on the needs of the group. This ride is a great way to try out group rides, or a fun social or recovery ride for the more experienced Zwifters.
Let's stick together and show newer riders the art and benefit of drafting! We will not chase riders that go off the front. If you're feeling strong, please use your abilities and drop back and help pull the slower riders back up to the pack if someone gets dropped.

Fartlek, which means speed play in Swedish, is continuous training with interval training. Fartlek runs are a very simple form of a long distance run. Fartlek training is simply defined as periods of fast running intermixed with periods of slower running.

Help us celebrate the end of the week with a fun filled co-ed social ride. There will be lots of in-game chatting and plenty of humor! We will warm up to the 2.5 w/kg pace and hold that for the duration of the ride. Some of our courses will include hills so this ride will be a great one for developing pacing and pack skills.
Your ride leader will stay at a steady pace and will encourage others to do so as well. If you need a wheel to catch the pack, send a note so we can tow you back! If you fly off the front we may or may not chase you down and publicly shame you. 😉 This is a social ride and a great opportunity to gain some Zwifty skills!
